Nothing gets quietly rewritten
Most software's 'audit trail' is a log file nobody can read, covering some actions, editable by admins. A real audit posture is architecture, not a feature checkbox.
Append-only by design
In Intellicore, every message, appointment change, record edit and note is written once, dated, and left alone — the history is append-only, so what the timeline shows is what happened, not the latest version of someone's memory. Corrections are new entries with the original still visible.
Clinical notes lock read-only 24 hours after creation. Patient records are soft-deleted only — nothing is ever silently destroyed, and even deletion is a logged, reversible event.
Everyone's in the trail — including the AI
Role and record-level permissions decide who can act; the trail records who did — staff and AI agents alike, since agents live in the same accounts model with every handoff logged (who, when, why). Even our own operator actions on your tenancy are logged in a separate console with its own trail.
When an insurer, regulator, AHPRA matter or family dispute asks what happened, the answer is a report generated in minutes — which is the entire point.

Where is my data hosted?
In AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) by default, with every practice in its own isolated database schema — no shared tables, no cross-tenant queries. Your data stays in Australia, under Australian jurisdiction.
