Each practice's data lives in its own PostgreSQL schema, the strongest isolation pattern short of physically separate databases: no shared tables, no cross-tenant queries, ever.
The company is Australian too: Intellisys Core Pty Ltd, Queensland-built and Australian-supported — the jurisdiction covers the data and the people accountable for it.
