Real treatment has order — you can't place the implant crown before the implant, or the implant before the extraction heals. Your planning software should know that too.
Plans with clinical logic
Intellicore plans proposed work per tooth with prerequisite chains — extraction → implant → implant crown — moving through draft, approved and completed states. What-if projection shows the planned future state on the chart itself, which makes case presentation concrete: patients see their own mouth, staged.
Plans carry ADA item codes and indicative pricing from your imported fee schedule, so acceptance conversations happen with real numbers, and approved plans become the source of truth the whole team schedules around.
Completion through the visit, not the checkbox
Treatments only complete through a visit's recorded outcomes — the plan updates because care happened, not because someone remembered to tick a box. The chart therefore always reflects the chair, and the audit trail shows who did what, when.
From there, billing is a composition, not a re-keying: selected completed items flow into GST-compliant invoices, and the reconciliation worklist catches anything accepted but not yet billed.
