The billing engine, end to end
Quotes carry revisions and convert to GST-compliant tax invoices. Payments allocate across invoices; refunds run through approval workflows; deposits and stored credit are first-class. Personal, family and business billing accounts mean one account can cover the whole household — the family-of-five problem, solved structurally.
Lines are dental-native: tooth number and surface travel from the chart to the invoice, and the engine is claiming-ready, with Medicare, DVA and private health fund claims — batches, remittances, reconciliation — and concession-card policies modelled end to end.
End-of-day rigour
Cash-ups, settlement batches and bank reconciliation are built into the engine, not exported to spreadsheets. The day balances in the software your receipts came from.
