SMS reminders that actually get confirmed
A reminder that can't be actioned in one tap is a reminder half-sent. The metric that matters isn't messages delivered — it's appointments confirmed.

The full reminder loop
Intellicore schedules confirmation requests and reminders around every appointment automatically. Patients get a secure one-tap link — confirm or cancel, no app, no login. The unconfirmed get chased on a schedule; cancellations open slots you can fill; and no-shows are tracked as data.
Delivery is engineered: provider-aware batching with failover, open and bounce tracking, and templates per message type. Bulk SMS handles closures and campaigns from the same engine.
Replies with context
Reminder replies land in one inbox beside the patient's whole conversation history — email and SMS threads side by side — so 'can we make it 3pm?' is answered by someone who can see the day. With the SMS receptionist in early access, the routine replies arrive pre-drafted for human approval.
Every send and reply lives on the patient timeline and in the audit trail: 'were they reminded?' becomes a lookup with timestamps.
Common questions
How does onboarding work?
Our team runs the whole journey: demo and discovery, installation and configuration, data migration from your current system, parallel testing with your team trained on real data, then go-live — with the same team supporting you after. Nothing switches until you've signed off.
Where is my data hosted?
In AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) by default, with every practice in its own isolated database schema — no shared tables, no cross-tenant queries. Your data stays in Australia, under Australian jurisdiction.
How does pricing work?
Quoted per practice after a demo, with installation, configuration, migration and training included in onboarding. No self-serve signup, no empty account — you go live with your data and workflows in place.
