Everyone sees where every patient is
The corridor question — 'is my two o'clock here yet?' — costs practices thousands of interruptions a year. A live flow board answers it before it's asked.

One board, every screen
Intellicore's patient-flow board runs arrival to departure — approaching, arrived, in room, ready to close, departed — live on the front desk screen and every operatory at once. Waiting times count visibly, the in-room patient carries always-visible health alerts, and 'ready to close' tells the front desk an invoice is coming before the patient reaches the desk.
Check-in and check-out are one-tap states in the appointment lifecycle, so the board maintains itself as the day actually happens.
Flow as data, not vibes
Because flow states are recorded, they become improvable: real waiting times by day and practitioner, bottleneck patterns, no-show correlations. The feeling that Tuesdays run late becomes a number with a cause.
The board is one card in a customisable dashboard system — every practice arranges the cards its day runs on, and every state change is in the audit trail like everything else.
Common questions
How does onboarding work?
Our team runs the whole journey: demo and discovery, installation and configuration, data migration from your current system, parallel testing with your team trained on real data, then go-live — with the same team supporting you after. Nothing switches until you've signed off.
Where is my data hosted?
In AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) by default, with every practice in its own isolated database schema — no shared tables, no cross-tenant queries. Your data stays in Australia, under Australian jurisdiction.
How does pricing work?
Quoted per practice after a demo, with installation, configuration, migration and training included in onboarding. No self-serve signup, no empty account — you go live with your data and workflows in place.
